• Fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 2 days or less before event
• Fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 6 days or less before event
• Full refund of monies received if your cruise ship fails to enter port

• Visit Bluff Hill Lookout spectacular views (weather & traffic conditions permitting)
• Cruise into beautiful open countryside taking in rivers, estuaries, orchards, vineyards and open farmland 
• Explore the visitor centre at one of the largest beekeeping businesses in the Southern Hemisphere 
• Stop at Te Mata Peak for exceptional scenic views (subject to weather & traffic conditions)
• Birdwoods Gallery & Sweet Shop offering refreshments including real fruit ice cream and teas/coffees, an art gallery, a traditional-style sweet shop plus a beautiful sculpture garden to explore 
• For cruise passengers  - return to the shuttle bus pickup point in plenty of time to return to your cruise ship​​
