Whats the minimum number of passengers allowed?

One person is the minimum, but as all TourNapier tours are private, the vehicles are not shared so this may not be the most economical way for a single person, couples or small groups to tour.

What type of vehicles do you use?

We use modern air conditioned minibuses - usually but not exclusively Toyota. We also conduct tours using luxury coaches on request.

What time will my tour begin?

This is something we will agree with you when you book, taking into account how long you want your tour to be and also how much time you have available (this is critical for cruise ship passengers)

We are visiting Napier by Cruise ship - will you get us back on time?

Thats an easy one - yes. We always check ship arrival and departure times when bookings come in, and will discuss it with you if we think timings may not work.

What Happens if our Cruise Ship can't make Port that day?

Any advance payments received will be returned to you via PayPal, less standard processing fees.

Whats the MAXIMUM number of passengers allowed?

There is no maximum but the numbers will influence the type of vehicles we recommend using for your tour.

When is my booking confirmed?

When your tour details have been agreed, we will ask you for a payment to secure the booking and as soon as it is received, your booking will be confirmed.

do you include lunch with your tours?

Lunch is not included with our tours as standard, but if you let us know when booking we will be pleased to make arrangements for you at an additional cost.
